The River Garden Bed and Breakfast

With only 3 guest rooms, we provide you with the personal attention you
deserve. Each comfortable room has both an interior door for access to
the inn and a private exterior door which opens onto a covered deck
overlooking the river. Your private room has its own riverside deck
overlooking the gentle rapids of the Holston River's north fork. Your
private exterior entrance gives access to a comfortably furnished room
with either king or queen size bed and features a full private bath and
individually controlled central heat and air conditioning. Each room has
an inside entry to the main part of the house.
The Barter takes you back in time to the 1920's with an antique bedroom set, including a queen-sized four poster featherbed with a cozy down duvet, matching dresser, and vanity, and classic Barter Theater photographs. Rate: $95 per night Sun-Thurs, $145 per night for one night stay Friday or Saturday, but add 2nd night for weekend stay for just $50 more.
The Angler speaks to the beauty of fly-fishing with a King-size memory foam mattress, a restful nights sleep is certain. A sitting area and deacon’s bench allow for in-room dining and visiting. Rate: $100 per night Sun-Thurs, $150 per night for one night stay Friday or Saturday, but add 2nd night for weekend stay for just $50 more.
