Reservations and Cancellation Policies

Once a reservation is made a check or money order deposit for the first night is required within 5 days.  The remainder to the balance is due upon arrival.

If it is necessary to cancel please give 8 days notification to receive a full refund, otherwise a full refund will be given only if the room Is rerented.

Check in time is after 3 PM and Check out time is Noon.  Let us know what time to expect you.

Minimum stays are required on Nascar weekends, holiday weekends, and festival weekends.

Please note there are friendly dogs on the premises.

As of 6/1/09 The River Garden is now a non-smoking inn.  Smoking is not permitted on property.    For reservation made prior to 6/1/09 by smokers,  we will accommodate however smoking will be permitted in designated areas away from common areas at the inn.

 

 

    
         

Once a reservation is confirmed a deposit check can be sent or a paypal payment including credit card payments can be made by inserting the reservation date and room below and clicking on the "Buy Now" button to charge your deposit.

            Directions to The River Garden

From I-81 exit 17 take Cummings St. North (75) until it ends at Valley St. (approx 1 mile).

Turn Left on Valley St. and continue until it ends at Russell Rd (Alt 58)

Turn Right on Russell Rd., continue on it to merge with 19North (Porterfield Highway)

Travel approximately 6 1/2 miles on 19North, immediately after the bridge turn Right on North Fork River Rd (611)

We are 2 1/2 miles down on the right.  (Note:  GPS systems have us 3 miles down but they are incorrect)
